Jagdish “Jag” Krishnan is the Chief Digital Officer for Harley-Davidson Motor Company. In this role, he leads the development of Harley-Davidson’s digital strategy that enables the company to deliver the most desirable customer retail experience across all platforms. He also leads Harley-Davidson’s global information systems that support the company’s business operations.
Jag has more than 20 years of experience leading digital transformations and brings strength in partnering with business stakeholders, leadership and customers to identify needs and to deliver solutions that position organizations for advanced growth. Prior to joining Harley-Davidson, Jag served as Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at Bose Corporation where he championed the transformation of the business operating model leveraging digital technologies. Before Bose, he held leadership positions with Deloitte & Touche and Patni Computer Systems, where he led information security, enterprise software deployment, programming and IT operations.
Jag earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Pune University and his master’s degree in data communication from Oxford University.
Beyond his professional work, Jag actively supports MassChallenge (a start-up accelerator) and was recently recognized for his contribution to mentor and support start-up communities. He is also involved with a non-profit Asha for Education, a non-profit dedicated to socioeconomic change in India through educating underprivileged children.
