Shawn Cox is Senior Vice President Consumer Retail Experience of Harley-Davidson Motor Company, responsible for General Merchandise, Integrated Retail Experience, New Retail Formats, and The Harley-Davidson Museum.
Cox was Principal, Head of Direct-To-Consumer Practice at GO Intellectual Capital, a consulting firm specializing in the consumer experience delivered through e-commerce and brick and mortar stores. Cox was responsible for developing a game-changing integrated retail consumer experience for the e-commerce retailer Backcountry by seamlessly connecting new physical stores to the existing digital environment. Prior to that, he served in senior retail roles in the following global organizations: Columbia Sportswear Company, Samsonite Company, Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren. Cox’s background encompasses international market development, channel operations, brand management, merchandising and developing the omni-channel consumer experience across digital e-commerce, retail store and wholesale channels.
Cox previously sat on the board of Habitat for Humanity, Portland, Oregon.
Cox holds a bachelor’s degree in science in business administration from Abilene Christian University, Abilene, Texas.
