Harley-Davidson, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

Milwaukee, Wis., September 5, 2001 -- Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HDI) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share, payable September 28, 2001 to shareholders of record September 18, 2001. The Company currently has approximately 303.2 million shares of common stock outstanding.
