Gina is the Chief Financial Officer for Harley-Davidson, Inc., responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and operations, internal audit, treasury and tax. In her role, Gina oversees the transformation of core finance processes and reporting to increase efficiency, build a global shared services model and to modernize finance, accounting, and controls across the company.
Gina has more than twenty years of experience leading business and finance transformations across the food industry. Prior to joining Harley-Davidson, Gina was senior vice president of finance and accounting and CFO for the prepared foods segment of Tyson Foods. While there she led the business model reinvention to optimize the product portfolio, deliver cost productivity and accelerate sustainable revenue and profitable growth. Prior to Tyson Foods, she was with General Mills, Inc., where she held various leadership positions across the global enterprise, including vice president of finance for the meals and baking segment and CFO of General Mills Canada. While at General Mills, Gina co-led the Women-Across-Finance Leadership Network and led the transformation of the global finance function.
Gina received an undergraduate degree in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. She holds an MBA from Boston College.
