Depending on the country in which you reside, you can choose to remain anonymous when reporting a concern. To investigate potential violations, we may be required to collect personal information from you. This information may be shared, on a strict need to know basis, with the Human Resources and/or Legal departments, investigation personnel , or others as may be necessary, at Harley-Davidson, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries. Harley-Davidson, Inc. strictly prohibits retaliation for the reporting of potential violations in good faith or for assisting with an investigation.
